Fairly obvious really. Most cafes sell only one type of coffee at a time, maybe made in different ways but not different coffees from different estates and different areas. Kenya, Brazil, Indonesia, etc., etc.. People who love real coffee, freshly roasted probably already know about the 'Coffee Compass' Roastery.
