Fairly obvious really.  Most cafes sell only one type of coffee at a time, maybe made in different ways but not different coffees from different estates and different areas.  Kenya, Brazil, Indonesia, etc., etc..  People who love real coffee, freshly roasted probably already know about the 'Coffee Compass' Roastery.  People who have working nostrils must have noticed the occasional waft floating over Fort Road.  Have a look - www.coffeecompass.co.uk or http://www.anycoffee.co.uk/mediumroast.html Costs are good but can be beaten in your own kitchen.  Mind, they also do a nice line in bacon butties and doughnuts!
